How This Service Began
At the The Orman Institute for Active Wellness™, our passion for health and
wellness living have pushed us to continually discover new ways to help you live
a truly healthy lifestyle. We want to support you in achieving all of your life
goals and we realize that wellness is a priority for you.
Dr. Orman is an avid martial artist, holding 2 black belts and 1 brown belt. He
is also a marathoner and 2x Goofy Challenge official finisher - a Walt Disney
Marathon event that includes a ½ marathon followed the next day with a full
marathon, for a total of 39.3 miles. In 2008, Dr. Orman will be running
the Derby 50K ultra marathon (ultra is anything greater than marathon distance)
in November, 2009.
Lisa Leitl is the President of the The Orman Institute for Active Wellness™, a
division of DMI. She too is extremely active. A former competitive figure
skater, now a marathoner and also a Goofy Challenge official finisher. Currently
she is training for running events along with studying figure skating. In the upcoming
months, she will be participating in distance runs for personal time goals.
In short, we live an Active Wellness life as well as teach it. Dr. Orman has
seen thousands of patients and has the experience to work with anyone. This
combination -- experience and desire to help others-- is what helped create this
new service.
How to Proceed: Take Action NOW

Health Questionnaire. Fill out our Optimal Health Questionnaire and, along with
a picture of yourself, email or mail directly to our office. It is that
simple and confidential!
Dr. Orman will analyze the questionnaire information and provide a detailed
Doctor's Visit on CD™, filled with information you can easily apply to create
great health.
Each 40-45 minute CD contains:
A detailed description of balances and imbalances within your system in a way
that is easy for any (non-medical) person to understand.
A description of organs, systems, glands and emotional trends will be provided.
These include hormonal system health, digestive, structural, nervous system,
sugar balances/imbalances, cardiovascular system, endocrine etc. There will be
specific sections for males or females as well.
