Here is how you get started:
Please follow these steps:
Place your order by clicking
HERE now. Choose between the Personalized
Health CD or the Gold Level Optimal Health Package.
Once your order is received and processed (typically the same day), you
will receive a confirmation, along with the Health Questionnaire emailed
to you.
Fill out the questionnaire and either email or mail the information back
to us, along with a picture. The picture can be simple but must
be a full body picture, not just a picture of your face. It can be a
snapshot or emailed to us in .gif, .png,
.jpeg or .jgp format. It does not need to be anything elaborate or
formal. Please sure to write your name on the back if it is a snapshot.
Depending upon the waiting list, your Personalized Health CD should
arrive shortly. Shipping is free and done via Priority
Mail.
If you ordered the Gold Level Optimal Personalized Health Package, the
Gold Level Package will be sent to you within 72 hours. It will contain
pH strips along with instructions and a tracking sheet, a Hair Analysis
kit (also with instructions) as well as an email with the URL and
username/password information to the Members Only Site.
Follow the simple instructions for both the pH strips and the Hair
Analysis and mail to us the tracking sheet and the Hair Analysis sample.
Please note the tracking sheet will take one week to fill out. Once we
have this information, it will take 2-3 weeks for you to receive your
comprehensive Gold Level Optimal Health Package.
